  • 1 cup cereal (with milk)

  • 1/2 whole grain muffin
  • coffee (if you drink it)
Lunch
  • Sandwich of your choice

Afternoon snack
  • 8 ounces fat free yogurt
Dinner
  • Eat whatever you want to stay within the 1800 calories for the day including chicken, salad, etc…
There is nothing hard to understand about the 1800 calories per day for women. Just eat within the  1800 calories per day plus add in a bit of exercising and you should lose 1-2 pounds per week.
